Panel addresses the concerns of Amnesty International regarding the Early Solutions Pilot in its Response Letter

In its Letter to Amnesty International as of September 12, 2014, the Panel clarified and addressed the concerns expressed inthe Amnesty International's Public Statement on the Pilot Approach applied to a complaint related to Nigeria Lagos Metropolitan Development and Governance Project, issued on September 2, 2014.
